Easy Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a full refund (on most products, see below)
To qualify for a return please note the following:
- Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned within 15 days - notified of the return within 7 days

To easily return an item, email us at allstarmedical@hotmail.com with the reason for your return and the order number found on your packing slip. A customer service representative will contact you immediately with directions to process your return.
