• FOLD OUT SEAT: Tubing on either side does not restrict the user, offering more legroom when seated. Also allows the occupant to turn and face friends or companions.
• LARGE STORAGE BAG
• LOCKING MECHANISM: You can flip this lever (right hand side) and lock the Market-Mate in the open position. This is useful when loading the tray (heavily) and going over curbs and thresholds. Flipping the lever forward allows the unit to fold for storage.
• ADJUSTMENTABLE HEIGHT: Simply by opening the tabs on both sides, one can easily adjust the height of the handle. Adjustment height ranges are 34” to 38.75”. Since there is no knob and no un-screwing the Market-Mate is easier for the client with weak or arthritic hands (and no loose parts)
• SINGLE HAND BREAK: A brake is placed conveniently across the entire length of the handle. This brake requires one hand to stop the unit and allows the other hand to be used for whatever task required by the client. A red lever in the center of the handle locks the wheels for sitting.
• COMPACT STORAGE: Rock the unit back onto the two rear wheels and simply push down on the front of the pouch/tubing.
• USAGE: clients tend to walk closer to the Market Mate and not be as hunched over, which means better posture for client and indirectly less back pain
