Mid-wheel drive provides an excellent turning radius of just 20.75” for optimum maneuverability, even in tight spaces. Even chairs without power elevation rarely achieve such maneuverability and tight turning ability.  The Jazzy Air 2 features Active-Trac® Suspension which provides superior stability in both raised and lowered positions. At full elevation, the Air goes up to 4 mph when lowered or fully elevated. It also has an impressive drive range of 16.8 miles with the standard U1 batteries, or and 19.2 mile drive range with the 40AH battery upgrade. If comfort is your primary concern, you can rest easy knowing that you can adjust the Air 2 to fit your individual needs. There are three different seat sizes to choose from, and unlike other power wheelchairs with elevating seats, the footplate on the Air 2 actually moves simultaneously with the seat as it’s moving up or down. The footplate is angle adjustable and has three different height adjustments. The armrests are also adjustable by height, angle, and depth so you’re sure to be comfortable in the Air 2. The Jazzy Air 2 also boasts a fold-flat seat which increases ease of storage when not in use.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN ORDERING THE JAZZY AIR 2:

The Jazzy Air 2 will arrive in 3 separate boxes; the base, the seat and then a small box with the colored shroud. You will need to assemble the seat onto the base. You can lso select the optional White Glove Delivery service, which offers the unit being delivered fully assembled and charged directly into the home!
