Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 7 days from when you receive your shipment. Some items require a restocking fee of up to 25%. This return policy is for online orders only. Our stores have their own in store policies. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand the return policy for the items they are buying. Please call us for more details: 615-258-6045 or 615-567-6116.

Requirements:

• Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indication of usage. 
• Product must be returned in its original packaging. You can purchase new packaging for lift chairs and scooters by calling customer service. 
• A return authorization (RA) must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery 
• Once an RA has been received, products must be returned within 7 days

Restrictions:

For hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

• Bathroom Safety Equipment 
• Mattresses of any kind
• Kalmia Bed Frame
• Best Care Patient Lifts

The following products are not eligible for return unless damaged upon delivery:

• Journey Healthcare products: All Up Bed and Up Bed Independence models
• Fiberglass Best Bath products: Other Best Bath products will include a 50% restocking fee 

We agree to pay the return shipping costs in the following situations:

•  The wrong item was received 
• The item was defective or damaged in transit

Shipping

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on any orders $50 and more.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
